WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Answer: You should expect to be in high alpine conditions during your snowmobile trip.  You will need to bring cold weather gear.  Wear suitable clothing for skiing/snowboarding.

***We will provide you with a helmet rental at no additional charge.  We also have a limited selection of snow suits and boots in various sizes available to use at no additional charge.***

WILL I GET LOST? Answer: Vail Pass Area trails are well marked and groomed.  A map is provided.  Cell service is available in most areas.  Please bring cell phones with you.

WHAT IS THE FOREST SERVICE FEE? Answer: Vail Pass is operated by the US Forest Service.  Each guest will need to bring $6 CASH (paid separately from their Snowmobile rental) for the US Forest Service User Fee.  There is a drop box at the trailhead to place fee in.

ARE THE TRAILS GROOMED? Answer: The trails are marked and numbered with information stations periodically located throughout the trail system.

CANCELLATION POLICY? Answer: Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of activity.
